A California licensed attorney and real estate broker, Brian Rossman, President of Vestira, has been providing financial and legal services to home and business owners since 1993. Mr. Rossman’s practice includes an emphasis on real estate and corporate matters involving financing and entity formation issues.

Adam Kaufman has over 15 years of experience in banking, financial services and the lending industries. He has structured over $300 million in real estate loans and worked with individuals and businesses of all financial sizes to find the right fit for each situation.

Ronald Rossman, a Colorado licensed attorney, is Vice President & Manager of Vestira's Colorado Office.  He has more than thirty years of experience and expertise in conventional and creative real estate financing.
